The NEO complex is located in New Gudauri, not far from the gondola ski lift. The complex has a nice design and high-quality repairs. There are many apartments with mountain views - the complex is not completely surrounded by other buildings, it is a quieter and more peaceful place. There is a reception, ski depo, and Wi-FI. The largest grocery store in New Gudauri is located nearby in Loft I. The nearest SPA centres with pools and saunas are in the Atrium and Blok 2 complexes.
