2100 Apartments or Penta Invest (Burdzhanadze Building) - large apartments building between the first and second ski lift stations, slightly away from the slopes of the Gudauri Ski Resort but with Ski in, Ski out ability. This is a seven-story house, which feature apartments with panoramic windows (third entrance) and large balconies. On the first floor there are restaurants, in 5 meters from the house three hotels with saunas, bars and restaurants. Skiing down to the trail right from the hotel, returning also on skis.

Apartments

On the first floor there are two restaurants with Georgian cuisine. Breakfasts you can prepare by yourself, in Gudauri there is a grocery store Smart with Tbilisi prices.
