Procedure for Complaints

An individual (tourist) or legal entity (the tour operator or travel agent) to fill of a complaint (it's possible in electronic form to the address info@snow.ge ) must provide the following documents:
- A request or claim.
- Information about booking (travel voucher).
- A copy of the documents confirming payment for the tourism product specified in the voucher.
- Recorded fact of no providing services (the act with the signatures of witnesses, bill from the hotel, transportation, food, etc).
- Flights scheduled and charter.
Snow.Ge undertakes to respond within 10 days of receipt of a query or complaint.
