Four Seasons is a new modern complex in New Gudauri. It is located near the first and second blocks a 5-7 minute walk from the gondola ski lift. There is a ski depot, bars, restaurants and a skating ring.
All necessary infrastructure is within a 5-minute walk - a grocery store, SPA centre, equipment rentals, etc.
Advantages:
* Good Location. Situated in the central part of New Gudauri, it provides easy access to ski slopes (by the pedestrian bridge), restaurants, and shops.
* New Buildings. This is a new complex, with all apartments featuring beautiful renovations.
* Cosy promenade area with mountain views surrounded by cafes and restaurants.
* There is a skating rink.
* Luxurious Living. There are high-end, elegant apartments with panoramic mountain views and two to three bedrooms.
* The majority of apartments have Mountain views.
Disadvantages: The ski lift is a short distance away, need to walk for about 5 minutes to the Gondola.
Rental Prices: Mid-range / High. There is a good balance of price and amenities, more expensive only high-end properties with premium features and finishes.
