The Loft I-II complex is in New Gudauri, near the gondola ski lift. The complex has many restaurants and bars. Between the two buildings is a pedestrian courtyard with cafes with outdoor tables, ski equipment rentals. There are many apartments with mountain views - the complex is not surrounded by other buildings entirely. There is a reception, ski depo, Wi-FI.
The largest grocery store in New Gudauri is located in Loft I. The nearest SPA centres with pool and saunas are in the Block 2 and Atrium complexes, 5 min walk.
Advantages:
* Good Location - 5 min walk to Gondola ski lift.
* Cosy promenade area with beautiful mountain views, cafes, restaurants and shops.
* New Buildings. This is a newly built complex with fresh repairs in all apartments.
Disadvantages: standard renovations are not prime materials, more simpler finishing.
